I’ve used nexx since 2003 and only my laziness prevent me from moving somewhere else. They have regular e-mail problems, outages and slow to help. Last year they cut me off for a couple of days completely die to error. No retaliation was offered. I would not recommend them.
I’ve been with nexx for over 5 years and have had my fill. Their support is terrible and the email problem is awful. They seem to be in downward maintenance mode since the ‘partnership’ with netfirms. we are moving all sites we have with them.
