The only easy part was signing up with them, there price is cheap/fair. The problems we had were ftp issues, password issues, registering for site builder was a mess no reply from them to set it up to use it. the customer service team send emails back but not very helpful. First off, they have oversold their server farm, causing frequent slowing of their servers, sometimes even having them locking up and going down. I have hooked up with a server monitoring service and confirmed that my server is dropping connections 12 times daily. I would stay far far away from imhosted. I canceled right away as their support sucked. So they refunded my money. Next month I am not their client any more and they billed me anyway. So I asked for a refund.
