heartinternet.co.uk appears to have been re-designed. It was always idiosyncractic but is now unreliable, time consuming and incredibly slow in operation. It wasn’t brilliant before but is now more frustrating than ever.
Too much downtime, poor support. Additional Free software isn’t supported and some is out of date or not available. Realisticaly I don’t think they give a damn. Some of their staff know what they’re on about whilst the majority are their to fob you off and don’t have a clue. You end up having to get either someone else or sorting problems yourself. POOR!
Cheap webhost. The McDonalds of webhosting. Terrible and impolite customer support. This is the only webhost I have ever come across which forces you to receive their promotional emails i.e. spams you. There is absolutely no way to stop receiving their barrage of emails, as they say there is no way of unsubscribing if you are a customer.
