I am an easycgi reseller, and have referred clients to the company for the past 8 years. I currently manage 20 individual accounts, and 6 through my reseller account. I recently had a support issue where my client’s website has been down for 30+ days and the company still has not solved the problem (Note: The issue just started happening, and I hadn’t done anything).
easycgi.com is a TERRIBLE SERVICE. I would not wish my enemies to deal with this terrible system of confusion. DO NOT USE!A member at easycgi for over 10 years!
Horrible support (if you can call it that). All support calls go to a call center. Reps answer the calls but they have no answers. I purchased an MS SQL database. It has not worked since I purchased 3 days ago. ASP.net was never installed prior to my order. Now that it is, it doesn’t read aspx files. This is the worst service (next to Mosso.com) that I have ever experienced since I started working with hosts 9 years ago. Oh. Their sales team is very good–watch out for that. easycgi.com
