terrible. frequent downtime, 1and1.com always blame it on the customer, you have to scream over the phone to get anyone worth a damn. consider anyone else for web hosting including your grandmother.
I used 1and1.com a few years ago and they were great I had no problems at all. I went back to them again and still no problems. I don’t see why people are complaining. They are a great host and I never had any problems canceling or renewing any package and/or domain I had from them.
